FAQ

Answered briefly.

What does selling on OROBO cost?

Listing, the shop page and RFQs are currently free — no base fee and no commission. A commission only applies if you expressly agree one with OROBO in writing. If this changes, OROBO announces it at least 15 days in advance.

Who can sell?

Businesses: manufacturers, distributors, dealers, integrators and service providers in AI hardware, robotics and AI software. We do not accept companies from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba, or offers for military use.

How long does the review take?

Reviews are handled in order of receipt. You see the status and any reasons in your account at all times. You can add products beforehand; they appear on approval.

How are sellers ranked?

In the seller directory: verified companies first, then by number of active products, then by name. For RFQs, the buyer sorts by price, lead time or response time. Placement cannot be bought.

Who signs the contract?

You and the buyer — directly. Offer, invoice, delivery, customs, export licence and warranty lie with you. OROBO is neither seller nor importer.

What about software?

Apps, agents and skills go through “Submit a product” — with automated checks and a public check report. Integration services for software are offered here as a service provider.
