Investing in OROBO
Investing in OROBO — in preparation
The German version of this page is legally binding.
No offer yet. OROBO is currently run as a sole proprietorship. An investment is only possible once a corporation has been founded.
What OROBO is building
OROBO is becoming the platform for AI research and development: knowledge with sources, work that gets seen, and paths to funding. Surpluses go into OROBO Labs — first a virtual lab, later labs at several locations, starting with the Biosphere programme.
The plan
Building happens now. Money for hiring, fixed contracts and funding rounds only flows once the metrics of each stage are met.
- Signal and cold start: reliable reports, first builders (under way).
- Liquidity and first revenue from companies.
- Capital flow: talent and capital through licensed partners.
- Pre-stage of OROBO Labs.
- OROBO Labs at several locations.
Figures
Actual figures only, as of 05 Nov 2026, source: OROBO database.
- 153 checked AI software products in the index across 11 areas
- 24 published reports
- The OROBO checkout for member sales is not switched on yet.
- Team: the founder, supported by AI agents.
Risks
- OROBO is an early project of a sole proprietorship. Company, team and revenue are still to come.
- Plans and timing can change or fail.
- Legal frameworks for funding and investments are still to be settled; OROBO only works with licensed partners for them.

Important notice
This page is neither an offer nor an invitation to make an offer to acquire shares or other investments. No investment advice. OROBO accepts no money from investors as long as there is no company. Investments in young companies can lead to a total loss.
