For businesses only. Fixed prices are final prices; as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, Oroboros Design charges no VAT. Payment via Stripe, invoice by email. The five or seven working days start once your completed short questionnaire reaches us — we send it right after booking. Our terms (section 6a) apply. Private individuals can use the request form and receive a separate offer.

- Transparent. Angel recommends by your goal. Whether OROBO earns a commission on a product plays no part in recommendations or order — and if it does, we tell you.
- Worldwide. We approach manufacturers from Europe, the US, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China in their own language.
- Free for you. OROBO charges you nothing for hardware. The seller alone sets the price. If a purchase goes ahead and we have agreed a commission with the seller, the seller pays it to OROBO — we will tell you the rate on request.
- With sources. Every recommendation rests on vetted software and sourced reports — not on marketing copy.

What does a request cost?
Nothing. The first shortlist is free and without obligation. Projects get a written fixed-price quote in advance.
Does OROBO sell hardware itself?
No. OROBO brokers. Contract, invoice, delivery and warranty run directly through the manufacturer or its authorised dealer. That keeps it simple for you and legally clean.
Do you broker to buyers outside the EU?
For now only to buyers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. OROBO does not deliver anything itself. Before every referral we screen buyer and seller against the EU and US sanctions lists and ask about the intended use. We do not broker for military use or for Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
Who is behind OROBO?
OROBO is a service of Oroboros Design, owned by Daouda Ndiaye, Cologne. You have one fixed, personal point of contact. AI agents support research and drafting; a person reviews and approves every recommendation we send you and every message. Angel’s instant answers on the website are AI-generated and labelled as such. Details in the imprint.
